Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber

Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein 2 Balkone sind vorhanden , einer groß zum Parkplatz (nach hinten raus/ Nachmittagssonne), einer seitlich zur Hofeinfahrt (klein). Die Wohnung ist auffallend leise trotz der Lage zum Bahnweg/Innenstadt. Nachteile: Kein Geschirrspüler, kein WLan, kein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz, kein Backofen. Buchen direkt über Hausverwaltung Schmitz, Viktoriastr. 3, Westerland ist günstiger. Wir nehmen die Wohnung gern wieder.
