Das Sitzen auf der (Schlaf)Couch wird nach einiger Zeit unangenehm. Im Untergeschoß (Schlafzimmer) auch nach Lüften hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, Kleidung ist klamm, leicht feucht und kühl. strategisch günstige Lage nahe Bahnhof und ZOB, auch ohne Auto alle Orte auf der Insel gut erreichbar

Das Appartment ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Es ist toll, direkt vorm Wohnzimmer eine kleine geschützte Terasse zu haben. Super ist, dass das Sofa eine Bettfunktion hat, so dass man auch nur zu zweit getrennt schlafen kann und es so einfach auszuklappen ist. Die Lage ist optimal. Wir waren schon zum wiederholten Mal in dem Haus.Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, vom Einkauf sowie auch zum Strand oder Anreise per Zug.Mit PKW ist der Ausgangspunkt sehr vorteilhaft, um in alle Richtungen der Insel zu fahren.

Auf Grund der zentrumsnahen Lage, würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist mir ebenfalls wichtig. Das Objekt hat eine ansprechende Architektur, was den Wohlfühleffekt zusätzlich steigert. Den Wochen-Mietpreis finde ich für eine 2-Personenwohnung echt sehr fair.
