We’ve transformed the sun-drenched former office conference room into a cosy living and sleeping space. Its unique charm lies in its southeast-facing orientation (plenty of sunshine) and its own small terrace reserved exclusively for our guests. In the summer, the room stays pleasantly cool, and in the winter, it’s cosy and warm—perfect for relaxing after a busy day of holiday, gazing out at the greenery and listening to the birds.
Starting in May, you can rent one or two bicycles (for an additional fee of €5 per bike per day of use).

Since this is an annex, you’ll have your own parking spot right outside the door in our driveway and private access.

Under “Time for Two to Relax and Enjoy Nature,” two people can also book.
The ceiling beams date back to the time when Adenauer and Charles de Gaulle founded the European Coal and Steel Community (the precursor to the EU)! We found a newspaper about it in the insulation of the previous house!

We have our own solar power system and adhere to strict waste separation.

With the Isar River at its heart and the mountains behind it, Munich takes centre stage. When you stay with us, you’re not only surrounded by nature right from the start, but also close to the city and the mountains—with excellent public transport access! The proximity to the forest invites you to take walks, go for a run, or visit the deer, just as the small terrace invites you to spend cosy hours in a lounge chair.
