Very nice

We stayed in this appartment with 9 friends. These rooms were actually nicer thand expected. In reality better than on pictures. Very clean and everything in order. Much appreciated.

Lots of rooms and clean, privacy can be an issue

We had the upstairs, but privacy was an issue. We had 5 rooms that were with an open central area. There is another rental just downstairs so we had their kids coming up into our space and using one of our bathrooms not connected to a room.

Sehr sauber, gute Betten, prima Bäder.Kommunikation telefonisch sehr gut. Schriftlich kam über längere Zeit keine Rückmeldung. Zur klaren Info: Es ist eine Unterkunt mit 13 (oder 14?) Plätzen in Doppelbetten in 5 Zimmern, welche vermutlich auch separat gebucht werden können. Es gibt KEINEN Aufenthaltsraum für die Gruppe. Keinen Esstisch!!! Lediglich Schreibtische in den Zimmern. Wir hatten als Gruppe gebucht, nutzten die gut ausgebaute Küche (mit Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi etc) zum kochen und mussten dann mit dem Teller in der Hand auf den Betten sitzen zum Essen, da uns die Gemeinschaft wichtig ist. Geschirr war sparsam. Insgesamt 5 Gläser, 8 Messer.Ausreichend Teller, in jedem Zimmer Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Bei Zimmer 4 ist eine Küche dabei. Was bedeutet, wenn Zimmer 4 abgeschlossen ist, dann besteht kein Zugang mehr zur Küche. Alles ist sehr gut in Schuss gehalten. Wem ein gemeinsamer Ort für Frühstück/Essen, Gemeinschaft nicht wichtig ist, für denjenigen ist die Wohnung eine Empfehlung wert.

Zufrieden

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Küche funktional und mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Für uns war aus der Anzeige nicht erkennbar, dass es sich um einzelne Zimmer handelt und nicht um eine abgeschlossene Wohnung. Wir hätten uns unter Umständen ein Bad mit fremden Personen teilen müssen. Wir hatten nun als Familie alle Zimmer gebucht, deswegen war es in Ordnung. Ich empfehle, dies genauer auszudrücken. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder die Zimmer buchen. Sie sind schön hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet und die Betten sind super. Zu beiden Seiten gehen Balkons hinaus und es ist eine ruhige Gegend. In 3 Gehminuten Entfernung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Bäcker. Alles in allem: Empfehlenswert!

1tägiger Ausflug mit Freunden und alle waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, der Einrichtung, besonders den Duschen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich sehr fix zurückmeldet und alle Fragen beantwortet Gerne wieder :-)
