For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. Public parking on the road. Bus stop "Cruce Faro" 550 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
