It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its night life or its wide restaurant offer for a relaxed dinner.

The bungalow consists of a living room with a sofa/TV area, open to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a garden with sunbeds, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower, plus a third bedroom area with twin beds on a loft area accessed by stairs from the living room. It is surrounded by nice community gardens and it has a large shared swimming pool for common use, right next to the bungalow.

The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking spaces on the street right next to the entrance. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.
