The property counts on 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garden area with BBQ, private pool and a fantastic terrace with views over the southern side of Gran Canaria. Located in Sonnenland, a peaceful and residential, it is close to the access to the GC-1, main highway, and all ammenities (Shoppin centres, restaurants, theme parks, beach, etc.).

This house has everything you need not to miss your own home: 4 roomy and comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with flatscreen TV, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a garden area with Barbecue and a fantastic heatable pool.

Enjoy an evening meal outdoors at the dinning area of the garden under the starry nights in Gran Canaria! This house is the perfect place to spend a nice holiday with your family. This is a house designed for our most demanding customers.

Pool Features
Freeform style, roman steps for accessing the pool, poolside shower, heatable at an extra cost (optional), 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 0.90 - 1,40 metres deep.

**The Swimming pool is heatable (optional service with a surcharge), only hirable for the whole duration of your stay.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request).

** A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**Late check in carries the following extra charges:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30

Perfect holiday villa

The property had everything you need. Perfect villa for a holiday although would have liked to have been told it is a residential area and there are building works going on.
