ARRIVE & FEEL AT HOME! In our approximately 60-square-meter duplex holiday apartment, every wish is fulfilled! The bright and welcoming apartment features modern and attractive furnishings. It can accommodate up to four guests, plus two toddlers up to two years old. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed thanks to the cosy 5-star box-spring bed in the separate bedroom! A cot is also available upon request. Bulky luggage and clothes can be stowed away in the spacious closet. The highlight of our duplex holiday rental is the second floor, where you’ll find the second bedroom, also featuring a cosy 5-star box-spring bed. The apartment also features a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, etc.) as well as a dining area. Our guests have access to a 40-inch LED satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. In the private bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, and a bathtub with a shower. Especially in the summer, you can wind down with relaxing evenings on the apartment’s own large balcony. High-quality bed linens and towels are also provided in the holiday rental. Our holiday rental is centrally located, yet nestled in nature on the edge of the forest in Schöllkrippen. Everything is easily accessible on foot: - various shopping options such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, or Rossmann - pharmacies and doctors - home improvement stores, the bus station, and the train station. In the summer, the Schöllkrippen natural swimming area is a hidden gem and just a few metres away from us on foot. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Pets are not allowed. Free and ample parking! A cot, high chair, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack can be provided upon request (free of charge). Bicycle rental is available upon request for a fee. A laundry and ironing service and a grocery shopping service are available upon request for a fee. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, and use of the washing machine.
