The resort and room were nice, unfortunately, a luggage cart is necessary for us, as we are older and need a cart to transport luggage. There were 4 to share between 3 high-rise resort buildings...and non of the staff seemed to care. I know this might not be a "biggie" for some folks, but it was a deal breaker for us. We will book elsewhere next time

Hi, Jennifer. We appreciate your feedback on your recent stay at our resort. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the resort and your room. We understand the importance of having luggage carts and how they can greatly enhance the overall experience, especially for older guests like yourselves. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. The shortage of carts does not meet our usual standards, and we take your concerns seriously. We will address this issue with our staff to ensure they are more attentive to guest needs and that sufficient luggage carts are always available in the future. Thank you for providing us with your feedback, as it allows us to improve our services and provide a more comfortable stay for all our guests. We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future and give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
