**BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION: An off-season construction project is taking place at Crescent Shores South Tower beginning September 5, 2023, and is expected to be completed by March 29, 2024. The balcony of this unit will be CLOSED October 28, 2023 through approximately December 31, 2023 for the work to be completed. While the property can still be rented during this time, please know that you will will not be able to access the balcony during this time.

Crescent Shores offers an array of amenities, including a fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, WIFI, and a conveniently located parking garage (just across the street).

Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Wonderful stay

The property was super nice and clean. Communication with leasing agent was phenomenal and we love our stay. The only complaint is the parking garage. It is very difficult to maneuver a large vehicle thru there. I have a large 7 passenger van and actually damaged my car trying to get out of spot. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Beach

Beautiful, clean accommodations. Spacious too. There were 11 of us in total (7 adults, 3 kiddos 2-8 & 1 infant) & nobody felt cramped at all! The view was wonderful-night & day. The beach was a 2 minute walk from the condo. I wish the weather was warmer but thankful the rain held off. Will def stay here again!

Family get away

The condo was nice and roomy. The only complaint would be the noise of the renovation which was not mentioned when booking condo, only painting. We could not stay during day due to the sawing in concrete on floors around us. Personnel were nice and friendly.
