I was a little nervous with this being a new property to the Vrbo marketplace and no reviews. We had a few small issues but the owner was very responsive to any of our concerns. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people, has all the necessary kitchen items, and even has a hot tub and pool table. Just know 6 people will have to sleep in 2 bunk beds in one room. Two queens on the bottoms, 2 singles on top. The big plus is the 3rd bathroom ensuite in that bedroom. There are also some games and cards at the house as well as a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. It's close to a beach, Barefoot Landing and some other good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed The Golden Griddle for breakfast and Villa Tuscanna for dinner. Both were very reasonably priced for the area and delicious. We would definitely stay at this property again. It was super affordable for the number of people it sleeps. We have stayed at much higher priced properties that weren't as good. It's in a quiet, safe, neighborhood but close to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.
