A mini oasis in the heart of North Myrtle Beach

Booked our stay here with Tim for a 5-day golf trip. The location is amazing, central in North Myrtle, close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The house itself was amazing, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and the backyard was truly an oasis. Tim was a wonderful host in constant communication - we will be back!

Great NMB House

Clean fully equipped vacation home with wonderful heated pool that was perfect for family vacation fun. Host very accommodating and checked in to see if had any questions or could help in anyway:)

Gorgeous home!

We stayed here in 2020 and the updates that have been done are fantastic! The pool and hot tub combo were a huge plus. This home has every amenity you would want along with the golf cart rental. Tim was great to work with and communication was awesome. Will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and clean

Perfect stay for us! Close to the beach, plenty of room, comfy beds, air conditioning worked great, tvs were nice, kids loved the Xbox, pool and hot tub were awesome. Golf cart a lifesaver for beach access. Would stay again for sure.

Literal Oasis

This stay was perfect! The swimming pool and hot tub combo are the best! The house is clean and enough space to stay comfortably. The host Tim was always available and extremely accommodating! I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our family really enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite of any home we've stayed in. Communication with Tim was great through every step. We had a little issue with an appliance and he came right over to troubleshoot and make sure that everything was taken care of. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Family Reunion Stay

This was, by far, one of the most nicest and cleanest places we have stayed. We have a pretty big family, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a massive hit, and we stayed in it pretty much the whole time. We will definitely be booking with this home again!

I speak the truth

Couldn't ask for anything else.Check-in was easy and when we walked inside it was very nice and clean.They had everything there from pool towels to bath towels and all linens and didn't need anything.The pool and hot tub was phenomenal!It was just minutes from the ocean but we used the Golf cart and had fun driving around looking at houses.Thank you Tim for such a lovely house and we are making plans to come back next year!

The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was amazing and a great location. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space. The golf cart rental option was great for getting to and from the beach but also was not a bad walk. Would definitely stay again!

The property was amazing and the host was exceptional! Communication was so easy and he was so prompt to respond. We had everything we needed plus some! The place was better than described and it was so clean and inviting. We will be back!

Perfect location and close to everything

The check in process was super simple and easy, no contact. The house was spotless and well stocked when we arrived. The location was perfect, it is super close to the beach and close to shopping and attractions. We enjoyed the pool, it’s one of the nicer ones in the area as far as size goes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had absolutely no complaints.

Excellent Hospitality!

Was very inviting from the first communication. House smelled nice and fresh as we opened the door. Starter supplies were very helpful and saved us buying full packages of everything. Tim was very helpful and offered to get us anything we needed for our stay.

Great family vacation!

The house was great and a perfect set up for our family! The pool was so much fun and we even got my mother in the spa section. The kids loved the Xbox and I loved the kitchen! The double fridges were a bonus and the washer and dryer were top notch. Location was great and golf cart made out getting to the beach in minutes. The kids loved riding in the cart.

All in one place

You didn’t need to leave the property! Pool and hot tub were a great addition to helping my family slow down and stay in one place. Tim was the host with the most! Answered every question and request I had.

Best Vacation EVER!

Walked in to a clean and beautiful home. It was even bigger then expected which is good since we had multiple generations with us on this trip and everyone had plenty of space. My kids loved the pool and I spent every night in the hot tub. The owner was extremely nice and attentive and super gracious. TVs were huge in every room. Coffee pot made a whole pot or you could use Kcups. Very modern appliances and two complete fridges. Very private back yard and the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on while on vacation. The location was wonderful. Close to things yet when at the house it felt very quiet and secluded. We couldn't be happier with our experience. I would give it more then 5 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!!

The property manager Timothy was very accomadating. We had someone who was elderly with us who needed a recliner and Timothy happened to have one and had no problem setting it up for us! The pool was amazing and very close to the beach.Paying extra for the golf cart and the heated pool was definitely worth it! I would highly recommend this rental and we will be booking again in the future!

June 3-10 Stay

Great property. Family “senior week” trip for our Hugh school graduate. Home was obviously recently updated with new flooring and well taken care of. Even had Purple mattresses! About 3/4 mile from beach, available golf cart makes that easy! Great communication and owner even left a surprise care package for our graduate that was there upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Everything from reserving and packing to leave was absolutely perfect. The property was beyond our expectations. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and could not have picked a better place to celebrate. Thanks for making our vacation the best ever. The house was very clean and had a natural flow. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub was amazing. Updates to home was fabulous. Can’t wait to see new updates because we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

The house was fully stocked with everything we could need (bath towels, pool towels, all kitchen utensils, paper products, detergents, dishes, etc.) and the rooms are well appointed. My husband and I stayed here with our four children ages 9, 13, 16, and 19 and we all had a blast in the pool and hot tub (thanks for the floats!) and cooking out on the grill. We also rented a golf cart for the week which made trips back and forth to the beach quick and enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable and inviting and we will definitely be back next year!!

Home away from Home

Beautiful home with a beautiful pool/hot tub. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but none have felt like home more than this property. The owners thought of everything, from the welcome assortment of snacks to the games and pool toys. All of the instructions were clearly stated. The kitchen had all the appliances you could ever need. There was plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. The security system to the pool gave us peace of mind. I would absolutely stay in this property again and would highly recommend to others. Very easy access to Route 17.
