Disgusting apartment! We arrived here and found dead bugs and other filth covering the floor. The area around the apartment seemed extremely unsafe and sketchy, the garage was too small to fit our car, and it was nothing like seen online. The pictures online showed the apartment in a much better light than it actually was. The rooms are tiny and filthy.
When we tried to contact the owner to explain these issues, they refered us to VRBO itself, where a representative told us that they couldn't help us. We were forced to find an expensive hotel in a foreign country to stay for multiple nights. Additionally, this apartment was supposedly rented by a premier host, meaning that they consistently provide exceptional rentals. This has made me not trust VRBO at all. Overall, a large health and safety hazard and ruined our expectations for VRBO.
This property is not waterfront as described in the listing. The walk to the beach is apx 800 meters down a steep, narrow, winding road.

We regret that this apartment did not meet your expectations. The size of the apartment is however provided in the description as 3 room apartment of 80m2. The dimension of the garage is also provided and mentioned twice in the description. To be clear there is no mention of the apartment being at a waterfront location, neither is this mentioned in the invoice. We do mention "Panoramic view of the sea", which can also be seen in the photos. The apartment itself is safe and secure, the entrance to the building may have had some pipe work on your arrival. Otherwise, the overall condition of the place meets all safety standard for a good holiday rental. As for the cleaning, the keyholder was present on arrival and can confirm that all is up to standard, with no bugs in site. We would like to have another chance to restore your confidence in our services.
