Bis zur Abreise alles gut, dann aber eine böse Überraschung

Bis zur Abreise war alles bestens, dann erhielten wir aber eine bitterböse, unverschämte Email dass das Bad geputzt werden müsste (normal oder?) und eine Nachzahlung von 450€ anstünde. Das klingt stark nach Abzocke, Vorsicht !
