Located in Pienza, in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, this stone villa is just 5 minutes from the historic center, which you can also reach on foot in a few minutes.



The villa consists of 3 apartments, including Il Giogo, which at 135 sqm is the largest of the property and can accommodate 4 to 8 people. It features two triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed) and two bathrooms; the spacious rooms allow for an extra bed in each. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a baby cot. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and chairs, and from the private balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata.



Outside, you will find a garden and a panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views of the valley and the cathedral of Pienza. A shared ping pong table is available for your enjoyment.



The property offers two parking spaces and an optional shuttle service to the train station, available for an extra fee.

Gorgeous place!

Wonderfully located very close to Pienza, which is a wonderful cobblestone town with wine tasting and food galore ! We loved the. Location and the host was wonderful with helping us to find reservations for local tours. We will come back!

Goseff the host is wonderful just as this property. It is huge very clean and located right under pienza. The views are beautiful and Goseffd is wonderful, he came past midnight to deliver extra blanket when I texted him it was cold. That’s how you know he truly takes care of his guests.

Everything about our stay was perfect.

Pros: Our stay at il Casato was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Our apartment was great, the beds comfy and the view is the best anywhere. The walk up the traditional path up to Pienza was beautiful and it was nice to not have to take our car up into the town. Giosef, Michael and Mama Sabatini’s kindness and warm welcome made us feel like family. This is the best place you could possibly stay in Tuscany, and a wonderful home base for day trips. Cons: Everything was perfect.
