<br>Maximum number of guests: 4 adults.<br>Parking space directly in front of the house.<br>Dogs allowed upon request.<br>For the comfort of our guests, this apartment is reserved for non-smokers.<br>Stunning duplex apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor of the building on the right at the shipyard, offering magnificent views to the south and east over the shipyard and the Schlei.<br>Spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen, balcony, and a beautiful view of the Schlei and the shipyard grounds.<br>Kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.<br>One bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) on the upper floor, as well as one bedroom with a double bed in the attic (2x 80x200 cm).<br>All beds feature adjustable slatted frames.<br>Spacious bathroom with shower; additional guest bathroom in the attic.<br>Electronics: TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, Wi-Fi.<br>Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds.<br>Shared laundry room with reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).<br>For a fee, you can moor a boat at the shipyard’s dock (werft.arnis@gmx.de).<br>
