This holiday home, 55m², is ideal for 2 people and is situated in a stunning location in Germany’s smallest town, offering views of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained, the Swedish-red wooden house is fully insulated. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Schlei are featured both in the downstairs living room and in the upstairs gallery.
You can enjoy the fantastic view of the Arnisser Noor and the marina from the jetty, the terrace, the living room, or even from your bed. This is a non-smoking, high-quality holiday home in Scandinavian style, suitable for allergy sufferers as pets are not allowed. The open-plan layout includes a fitted kitchen, a bright living room, and a bedroom upstairs in the gallery with two beds (140x200/90x200). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, wall-mounted toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror.
Amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and HiFi system with Bluetooth. There are both a three-seater and a two-seater sofa. The private terrace offers garden furniture, two loungers, and shared use of the garden and jetty. During the swimming season, a bathing ladder is available on the jetty, as well as a private beach chair for relaxing evenings.
My name is Sanne Wiese. I am Danish and a creative hobbyist with a passion for Nordic style and Swedish-red wooden houses. My mother-in-law Lotti lived in the main house, and the holiday home is located in her garden. Our family has a history of fishing in both the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, as reflected by some decorative relics in the garden, such as the cutter mast and the traditional fishing nets. Most guests come here for a relaxing holiday; Wi-Fi is not available.
