Schöne moderne Wohnung, sehr sauber. Der tolle Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Schlei/den Hafen ist einfach unbezahlbar. Alles fußläufig erreichbar (Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten). Mehr geht nicht.

Wir waren mit dieser Penthouse-Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung und auch die Aussicht waren sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die fehlenden Nachttischchen im Schlafzimmer, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die Wohnung ist mehr als empfehlenswert .

Eine sehr moderne Ferienwohnung mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Tolle Lage, der Hafen und die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch positiv, Autostellplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage im Preis inbegriffen. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann wäre eine Markise oder Überdachung + Windschutz für einen Teil der Tachterrasse wünschenswert, um die Terasse auch bei unbeständigem Wetter zum Teil nutzen zu können. Aber, das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau.
