Wir haben die Wohnung zum zweiten Mal gemietet, weil wir mit ihrer Lage, Aufteilung und Ausstattung schon im letzten Jahr sehr zufrieden waren. Das ist dieses Mal genauso wieder gewesen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die rauchenden Mieter unterhalb der Wohnung, deren Rauch bis in die Nacht direkt in das einzige, fliegengittergesicherte Fenster darüber in das Schlafzimmer drang. Das war wirklich lästig. Da man den Mietern das Rauchen auf dem Balkon nicht verbieten kann, wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, am zweiten Schlafzimmerfenster ebenfalls ein Fliegenschutzgitter anzubringen, damit man es im Sommer gefahrlos öffnen kann. Wie auch immer, wir kommen gerne wieder.
