This beautiful vacation home with pool and sea view is located on the island of Korcula.



Welcome to this wonderful vacation home, where you can relax and discover the many amenities of the house. Enjoy the high-quality and comfortable ambience on two floors and feel right at home in the beautifully furnished rooms. While the upper floor is available for your relaxation and daily sleep, the first floor invites you to socialize in the open-plan living room as well as for sports and wellness sessions. A sauna and fitness equipment will make you sweat and after a quick shower you can relax in the whirlpool or pool on the terrace. Enjoy the view of the sea, get together for barbecues and linger outside with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset.



Walk the few meters from the house to the rocky coast and dive into the crystal-clear sea. Enjoy the sun on the rocks and explore the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. A visit to the historic town of Korcula, which is very lively during the summer months, is highly recommended. Explore the picturesque alleyways and squares. Go on hiking, cycling or boat trips to discover the many bays and hidden paradisiacal places. Taste the delicious local products and don't miss out on the rather unknown but delicious wine spritzer that is so popular in Croatia.

Wir haben zwei unvergessliche Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom großen Pool und dem Whirlpool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in wenigen Schritten direkt zum Meer. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der atemberaubende Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer – einfach paradiesisch!Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter Marino, der jederzeit erreichbar war und bei Fragen schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert hat.Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht, ist man hier richtig.

Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht, ist man hier richtig. Das Einzige, was "lauter" ist, ist das Brummen vom Whirlpool. Das Haus ist nicht nur von der Architektur und Ausfuehrung sauber, aber auch in allem anderen. Die Betten sind super, mit guten Matratzen, die nicht zu weich sind. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum kleinen Nachbarort und 77 Treppen vom Haus aus zum Wasser. Der Vermieter war sehr angenehm, hilfreich und gleichzeitig dezent. Direkt vor dem Haus koennen bequem zwei Fahrzeuge parken und fuer Kinder ist dort ein kleiner priváter Spielplatz mít Schaukel, Rutsche und Trampolin. Versorgung mít Handtuechern und Bettwaesche einwandfrei. Alles SUPER!!

Traumhafte Woche Dank der perfekten Unterkunft.

Traumhafte Woche Dank der perfekten Unterkunft. Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und atemberaubende Ausblicke zum Meer. Da wir die ersten Urlauber nach Fertigstellung waren, fehlten Anfangs einige Utensilien (z.B. Grillzange oder Kescher für den Pool oder ein Bodenabzieher für die Pool Terrasse, etc.). Marino, der Eigentümer, war sofort zur Stelle und hat sofort die fehlenden Dinge besorgt. Der Strom war anfänglich bei der Saunanutzung überlastet und es kam zu Stromausfall, Marino ließ es gleich am nächsten Tag die nötige Spannung einrichten, ohne dass wir davon etwas bemerkten. Marino bekommt von uns für seine Freundlichkeit, Reaktionszeit und Einsatzbereitschaft mit Freude 5 Sterne.
