On the first floor of the villa you will find three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, a laundry room and from the first floor you have access to two outdoor terraces. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite and a covered terrace with table tennis and an outdoor living area.

In the garden there is also a large modern outdoor kitchen with a dining table where you can enjoy dinner with family and friends. There is an 80-year-old olive tree in the garden of the villa.

The villa is only 3.7 km away from the pebble beaches in Stinjan, and only a few minutes' drive from the center of the city of Pula, where you can visit various sights.
