A 74 m2 holiday apartment with top-of-the-line amenities in the Tyrolean style, nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Pitztal mountains! The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms. Both are 16 m² in size, each with four beds (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 2 people) and each with a shower and a toilet. For babies or toddlers, it’s possible to set up a travel cot (one is available). The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). It features a large, cosy living room with a pull-out couch (sleeps 2) and satellite TV. You’ll find peace and relaxation on the private covered terrace and lawn (with an electric grill available upon request). The apartment is furnished with solid wood furniture. The floors are fully covered with laminate, making it well-suited for people with allergies. The apartment is available for rent to groups of 2 to a maximum of 10 people (depending on the time of year) and is a two-story unit. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. Private entrance. Bread roll delivery service available. Storage room for skis and snowboards. Bed linens and towels provided. FREE Wi-Fi. Our house is located in a quiet setting in the idyllic village of Stillebach. The ski and hiking bus stop, the cross-country ski trail, the winter hiking trails, the waterfall for ice climbing, and a curling rink with a rustic bar are all in the immediate vicinity. In summer, it serves as a starting point for many hikes. Beautiful walking trails pass right by the house. Scenic lake, illuminated waterfall, and Kneipp facility in the village. 9 km to the Rifflsee and Pitztal Glacier ski and recreational areas.

Each room has a shower and toilet (with a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror); there is also a separate toilet on the lower floor, a large, cosy living room with a pull-out couch (sleeps 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, complete set of dishes, and much more), satellite TV in the living room; the apartment is furnished with solid wood furniture; the floors are fully covered with laminate, making it well-suited for people with allergies; storage room for skis and snowboards; private entrance; towels and bed linens provided; fresh bread delivery (except Sundays and holidays); non-smoking apartment; Wi-Fi (for a fee).

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
