New (completion November 2023) holiday home with high-end amenities in a sought-after location in Hilgenriedersiel.

This beautiful and luxuriously furnished 100-square-meter home offers many amenities: Through the entryway and hallway, you’ll step directly into the living/dining area, which features a dining table with six chairs and two spacious sofas. The dining area flows into the large, bright kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for your holiday: a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, SodaStream, electric kettle, toaster, raclette grill, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, baking utensils, and more. There is also a large flat-screen TV, a sound system, a Blu-ray player, and a beautiful wood-burning stove. From here, you can step out onto the furnished terrace with an adjoining fenced-in garden.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Directly adjacent (en suite) is the first bedroom with a double bed and a closet.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: One bedroom features another double bed with an armchair, a closet, and a flat-screen TV; the other room has two single beds and a chest of drawers. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a dryer. The skylights on the upper floor offer a beautiful view of the dike!

The entire house has tile flooring; the bedrooms have laminate flooring and feature comfortable underfloor heating (powered by an air-source heat pump), as well as electric exterior roller shutters.

Dogs are expressly allowed and warmly welcome in the house; smoking is not permitted.

There is a garden shed with an electrical socket where you can store any bicycles you bring with you.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge (we do not guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed)!

There is space for up to three cars in front of the house, and a wallbox for charging electric cars (requires registration and separate payment) is available for your use.

The neighbouring houses are called “Deichglück,” “Nordperle,” “Strandhaus Meeresluft,” “Stüürmanns Huus,” and “Waikiki,” should you need more space.

The holiday home is located in peaceful Hilgenriedersiel, a small coastal village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Surrounded by green meadows and dikes, guests can enjoy a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. The charming sandy beach of Hilgenriedersiel is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers sweeping views of the Wadden Sea—ideal for long walks and birdwatching. Nearby towns such as Nessmersiel and Dornumersiel offer restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. An ideal retreat to experience the tranquility of East Frisia and its maritime charm.
