Standing only 4,5 km. away from Almirida beach, in the village of Drapanos, you will find this wonderfully furnished secluded villa. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The private sun drenched pool is suitable for children as it has an integral children's area. The terrace by the pool is suitable for evening BBQ, overlooking the stunning view of the Souda Bay.

At the ground floor, you will find the sunlit living room, the full-fitted kitchen and a WC. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony and there is also a veranda ideal for a lovely dinner, overlooking the mountains and the sea. You will also find a bathroom with shower room. On the second floor, in the eaves of the house, there is a private lounge and one more twin bedroom with a veranda that has a breathtaking view as well. It is air- conditioned.

Markos Villa

Your villa has been perfect for our family holiday (4 adults, 2 children) and the generous hospitality shown by the owners Michael and Maria was much appreciated, especially the delicious home cooked meal provided by Maria on our arrival, a lovely surprise. We have enjoyed staying in Drapanos, the accommodation is of a high standard and the two youngest members of our family were delighted with the pool.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter perfekt.Einziger Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit zwischen 2. und Dachgeschoss.Kleiner Nachteil (für viele aber reizvoll) ist die etwas abgeschiedene Lage oben auf dem Berg…. Größerer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar.Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! la maison est parfaitement adaptée pour des vacances en famille ou avec des amis. Elle est parfaite est offre tout le confort désiré. La piscine est très agréable et égalemet très bien entrenue. La vue est magnifique... Des brebis viennent régulièrement paître en bas de la villa ! Effet dépaysant garanti :-) Enfin la petite taverne d'ELEONORA à 1 min à pied de la villa est une pépite ! Les plats servis avec une grande générosité sont juste délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Anreise ohne Navi nicht möglich. Perfekte Übergabe. Einmal in der Woche wurde das Objekt gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen. Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Objekt sehr zu empfehlen.

d'une façon générale, nos vacances se sont très bien passées. La maison était au niveau de nos attentes. maison fonctionnelle avec vue sympathique sur la mer! maison idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou avec des amis. la situation géographique de la maison est également parfaite. En revanche, nous avons été déçu par la literie des chambres. lits trop dur, nous sentions les ressorts dans notre dos. pour dormir pas simple les premières nuits. Mis à part ce désagrément, nous sommes pleinement satisfait de ces vacances.

On souhaitait louer une maison avec piscine, vue mer et un peu éloigné afin d'être au calme, on a été plus que servi ,la maison est magnifique,telle qu'on peut le voir sur les photos , la vue est époustouflante de plus le petit village est fort sympathique avec deux tavernes Ma famille et moi avons passé de superbes vacances

Alles aanwezig en in zeer goede staat. Zeer aan te bevelen. Eigenaar zeer hulpvaardig. Uitzicht top.

De woning was bijzonder schoon en goed onderhouden. Het welkomstpakket was een grote uitkomst bij aankomst na middernacht. Een zespersoons woning met dakterras en 2 inpandige terrassen (beide gebruikt). Een mooi zwembad met prettige ligbedden en eettafel. Al met al zeer comfortabel. De locatie is zeer rustig, op loopafstand 2 restaurants waar tegen lage kosten goed kan worden gegeten. Auto is een must. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt waaronder Chania (30 minuten rijden). Een prima plek om lekker te relaxen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Very good house in a nice village

We stayed here for two weeks. The house was our base for Crete exploration. Nice house, nice village. The only minor problem was a unpredictable noisy behavior of our neighbours.

A lovely time!

We were 5 people travelling to Crete - We arrived on Sunday afternoon and the owner was waiting for us at the agreed meeting point. The owner and his wife are lovely people - The wife had prepared a huge meal for all of us, it was just great! The village is small but we were not looking for a resort to go out so it was just perfect. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Markos Villa

My wife and I had a wonderfull time at the Markos Villa. Unlike other villa's we have rented in the past it was a pleasant surprise to find simple things like coffee/sugar etc already at the villa and really appreciated the home cooked moussaka/cheese and spinach parcels!! We would certainly recommend staying at the villa to anyone as it is in a lovely out of the way place with great views, but not too far away from places such as Kalives or Georgioupolis.

Summer 2010 at markos Villa

Markos Villa is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was spacious, very well equipped and the views are fantastic. Although it was very private, the local village is a two minute walk, and has two tavernas and a mini market. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Almirida is a ten minute drive and has a great beach lined with cafes and tavernas. You will need a car. I thoroughly recommend this villa!

Excellent Hilltop Villa

We stayed at the villa from Jun 17 to 22 2010. The house is great with 3 large bedrooms (but just 1 shared bathroom). The pool and lounge area are great. and the house has several great terraces. The house is well taken care of and the owners put some food in the fridge for us which was very good. The village in the area is nice and with a small shop. Only downsides: could be a bit windy at times due to location and there was lots of barking dogs around. But overall great house.
