NST - Cap 9 - 650 m zum Strand

Welcome to the “Kapitäns Stil” holiday rental, located near the beach in Neustadt! This approximately 35 m² one-room apartment features a large, sunny south-facing balcony with an awning. It sleeps 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-unit building without an lift. The living area features a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 160 x 200 cm and a 40-inch TV. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, and microwave, is integrated into the living area and includes a small dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, a supermarket is “just around the corner,” and the Schön Klinik is only about 6 minutes away. A parking space is also included with the apartment.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking apartments.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

A shared washing machine is located in the basement and can be used for a fee.
