The holiday apartment Ferienhaus Hofmark is located in Aicha vorm Wald and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 65 m² property consists of a living kitchen with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, as well as a washing machine and dryer.



The holiday home features a private terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings, where smoking is permitted. Public transport is within walking distance. The Eging am See thermal baths, Pullman City, the city of Passau, and Vilshofen an der Donau are located nearby. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to three pets are allowed. Parties and events are not permitted.



The accommodation follows recycling guidelines; further information is available on site. It features energy- and water-saving elements, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.



Please respect the quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00. Please close doors and windows and do not leave burning candles or the wood stove unattended when you leave the apartment. A shuttle service to or from the train station is available on request and for an additional fee.
