Welcome to our spacious 120-square-meter holiday semi-detached house, a true oasis of relaxation, ideally located for families and fishing enthusiasts. This charming holiday home, spread over two floors, offers plenty of space and comfort for an unforgettable holiday.

Step into the spacious living room, where comfort and style come together. The separate, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher and a spacious dining area for six—is perfect for cooking together and enjoying convivial evenings.

Upstairs, you’ll find two tastefully furnished bedrooms that guarantee peace and relaxation after an eventful day. Each bedroom, carefully designed and offering views of the idyllic surroundings, provides a unique atmosphere for relaxation and dreams.

The heart of the house, however, is the spacious bathroom on both the upper and lower floors, equipped with a modern shower, a luxurious bathtub, and a washing machine—all the amenities you need for a worry-free stay.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the private terrace while your children play in the large sandpit or challenge each other to a game of chess on the chessboard. For those who enjoy staying active, the house features a ping-pong table.

A special highlight is our private dock, which invites you to go fishing or simply enjoy the tranquility by the water. You can also use our boat for a fee.

Please note that a final cleaning fee of 90€ applies in addition to the rental price. The costs for electricity and water will be billed after your stay.

We ask our guests to leave the house swept clean. If this is not the case, a one-time special cleaning fee of €30.00 will be charged. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €100.00 must be provided, which will be applied towards utility costs at the end of the rental period.

We ask that you pay the €90 cleaning fee in cash upon arrival.
