Bad Kleinen is located on the northern shore of Lake Schwerin and is a small town surrounded by nature. Our stylish semi-detached home, “Villa Seeblick,” is located just a few metres from the lake. This means you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the picturesque Lake Schwerin and the marina, which has approximately 50 boat slips. About 300 metres away, you’ll find a children’s playground and two restaurants.
Your accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished. From the balcony and the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the lake. Here, you can unwind and enjoy the weather. Garden furniture is available for your use. The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a spacious double bed.
The property is ideally located between Wismar and Schwerin. From here, you can easily enjoy the surrounding nature or take day trips to various cities.

The Hanseatic city of Wismar and the state capital, Schwerin, are only about a 30-minute drive away. Thanks to the short distance, a visit to the Baltic Sea resorts is also a possibility. Active guests can swim in the lake, sail on the lake, play tennis, hike around our lakes, go cycling, horseback riding, or play golf.
