Leicht verwohnt

Das Objekt Ansicht ist in Ordnung, leider ist der Preis für diese doch etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnung nicht angemessen und deutlich zu hoch. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Teppichboden und das WC (altersbedingt), deutet auf einen nicht besonders liebevollen Umgang mit der Immobilie hin. Auch könnten (müssten bei diesem Preis) die Balkonmöbel in einem zumindest recht guten und sauberen Zustand sein. In dieser Wohnung waren diese Möbel nicht zu benutzen! Ich werde diese Wohnung nicht wieder in meinen Überlegungen für einen Urlaub aufnehmen.
