135 square meters upper floor 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, 1 single bed and 2 extra beds all bedrooms with flat screens comfortably furnished new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine and Senseo pad machine and ceramic hob 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and towel radiator large living room with wood-burning stove, large leather suite, large dining table with 10 chairs, large flat screen and firewood included!!! great covered terrace with garden furniture and gas grill (gas included!!) Additionally large balcony, evening sun!!!

Unsere Lage direkt am Kurpark und am Wald bietet Ihnen Ferienspaß in herrlicher und unberührter Natur. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß das Esselbad, ein Schwimmbad für Jung und Alt, mit Kleinkinderbereich, Riesenrutsche, Whirlpool, Dampfsauna und Sportschwimmbecken. Von Mai bis Oktober ist auch das angrenzende Freibad geöffnet. Ob Sie Minigolf spielen möchten, reiten, wandern, spazierengehen oder einfach nur auf der Terasse relaxen, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Unsere kleinen Besucher haben die Möglichkeiten im Sandkasten zu spielen, Bobbycar und Dreirädchen zu fahren oder ihre Kletterkünste an unseren Spielgeräten auf dem Spielplatz auszuprobieren. Von Frühjahr bis Herbst haben wir ein großes Trampolin mit Netz sowie eine neue Tischtennisplatte aufgestellt. Nebenan ist ein supertoller Generationsspielplatz mit Sand-Wasserplatz letztes Jahr eröffnet worden. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, perfekt und komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in schöner Lage. Frau Greitemann ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Es war alles top.
