The villa has two floors. The upper level consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The lower level includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also available on the terraces), two smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of toys. Guests can also enjoy a trampoline, table tennis table, and dartboard on the premises.



The outdoor area features a large swimming pool (5x10 meters), a garden, several terraces, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week. The villa is conveniently located close to the attractive sandy beach (Platja de l'Ampolla in Moraira), with events, dining venues, and public transport links within a short walking distance. Moraira and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities, beautiful beaches, bays, and viewpoints. Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
