Logement chez l’habitant

Appartement en extension de la maison des propriétaires qui habitent sur place, ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, mais qui en soit ne devrait pas poser de problème… mais problème il y a… Règles très strictes mais sensées, cependant la sensation de surveillance permanente est particulièrement gênante. Cerise sur le gâteau : pas de porte d’entrée qui ferme, nous devons entrer par la baie vitrée qui ne se ferme que de l’intérieur. La propriétaire nous dit que cela ne craint rien, qu’ils sont toujours là… aucune intimité donc. La terrasse avec jolie vue sur le lac qui est traversée sans cesse par la famille des propriétaires. Logement très propre avec certains équipements de qualité, malgré un escalier et une rambarde de mezzanine très peu sécurisante pour des enfants. Propriétaires gentils mais oppressants. Nous remettons en question le rapport qualité/prix, avec un logement qui manque cruellement d’intimité.

Bonjour, Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé le logement propre et bien équipé, et que vous ayez apprécié la belle vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Nous regrettons que certains aspects de votre séjour n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Pour clarifier : La propriété est une extension de la maison de l'hôte, ce qui signifie qu'une assistance rapide peut être fournie aux clients si nécessaire. Les hôtes s'efforcent de respecter la vie privée des clients et de s'assurer que leur présence ne perturbe pas leur séjour. En ce qui concerne la serrure de la porte, soyez assurés que ce problème sera résolu, car l'hôte prévoit de remplacer la porte cet hiver. Les hôtes ont la possibilité d'utiliser l'entrée principale ou la porte du patio, selon leur préférence. Le règlement intérieur est en place pour assurer le confort et la sécurité de tous les hôtes et nous vous demandons d'informer votre hôte de tout changement d'occupation. Nous regrettons que cela ait pu causer des tensions. Les règles sont en place pour éviter les malentendus et pour nous aider à fournir le meilleur service possible. Nous pensons que l'escalier et la rampe sont sûrs, car nous avons accueilli des familles avec de jeunes enfants qui n'ont soulevé aucune inquiétude. Nous comprenons que les attentes de chaque client peuvent être différentes.
