Stunning home in Buje

Casa Bastiani is a beautifully renovated Istrian house on the edge of the village of Marusici near Buje and 17 km from the sea.

The house has been restored with love and care and is a good choice for a family with children who have decided to spend their holidays in the green inland of Istria, but also to be at the sea in just 15 minutes’ drive.

The holiday home lies on its own property with well-kept lawn, outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with dining table and barbecue, and parking for two vehicles.



Cottage for 4-5 people of 120 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the second floor (high attic) is an air-conditioned living area with living room, dining table and kitchen. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. The holiday home has a tavern with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, large dining table for shared moments and a separate toilet. The ground floor is not available, it is closed, and no one uses it.

NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Kanegra during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
