The house has a shared swimming pool of 36 sqm, big covered terrace with barbecue and dining table and one parking place for each apartment.

Apartment Marina 3 lies on the first floor of the house (at the level of the swimming pool), has a surface of approx. 50 sqm and is for 4 guests. It consists of a living area with sitting set, an equipped kitchen and dining table, two double bedrooms, of which one with double bed and one with a bunk bed, a shower/toilet. The apartment has a private terrace with dining table for dining outside.
