Lovely home in Sv. Petar u Sumi

Villa Kovac is beautifully furnished ground floor, semi-detached holiday home, situated in the village Turcinovici near Sv. Petar u Sumi in central Istria.

The house is tastefully decorated with rustic furniture an because of its very good insulation it is pleasant to reside in the house during the summer heats. The peculiarity of the house is a very large covered terrace of 40 sqm with an outdoor kitchen and lounge corner situated next to the pool and garden with a view of the forest. The same terrace is located at the back side of the house, which is at disposal only to the guests of villa Kovac. Friendly owners who live in the other half of the semi-detached house have no visual nor any other contact with this part of the house.

Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and has a fireplace for grilling, cooking hob, dishwasher and all other kitchen amenities. At the lounge area at the guests disposal also stays a large TV.



The house is for 4-6 guests with total living area of 85 sqm. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed for two, two double bedrooms, one with its private shower/toilet and one separate shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
