The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many amenities such as shops, restaurants, bakeries, butcher etc. at only 2-3 minutes by foot. The pebble beach and the centre of Poreč is 800 m away. There is a shared garden with barbecue and 1 parking space per apartment.
Apartment Sunset Poreč 1 on the second floor (attic), with capacity for 2 people and 57 sqm consists of a kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa, one double bedroom with separate toilet, one shower/toilet, and spacious balcony with panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
