Villa Matilda Fazana is a beautiful one-storey house in the quiet village Valbandon, a little more than 1 km to the sea and 3 km to Fazana and National park Brijuni.

In Valbandon there are shops, restaurants, bakeries, beaches and other facilities.

Villa Matilda Fazana is a semi-detached villa situated on a fully enclosed property of 3000 sqm, the guests have on their own disposal: a large outdoor swimming pool of 50 sqm, barbecue fireplace, terrace with dining table and two covered parking spaces.

No one lives in the other half of the house and the whole property is only for guests of Villa Matilda Fazana.



Holiday home with swimming pool near Pula and the National Park Brijuni of 55 sqm for 4-6 guests. The holiday home consists of living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa bed for two children, two bedrooms, each with double bed and private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
