On the enclosed property of 1600 sqm at guest disposal there are outdoor pool of 32sqm, sunny deck with sun loungers and sunshades, barbecue, terrace and 3 parking spaces.

This lovely ground floor house with 150 sqm has completely equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 guests, living room with an access to the terrace facing the pool and the yard, two double bed bedrooms, one with own terrace , one bedroom with separate beds, one shower/toilet and one bath/toilet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Owner lives on the other half of the house. Pool is only at guests' disposal.

Youth groups are strictly forbidden! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
