The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all standard kitchen appliances.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large closet.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The brightly tiled shower room is equipped with a corner shower with a glass partition, a sink, and a toilet.
The living and kitchen areas, as well as the hallway, are tiled. Both bedrooms feature easy-to-clean Joka design flooring.
If needed, all rooms can be heated individually using the night storage heaters.
A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment.
