Modern holiday home near the Brijuni Islands, with two bedrooms, private pool and wonderful panoramic sea view.

Villa Valencan 3 is a beautiful holiday home (semi-detached) on three floors in the village Betiga, only 1 km from the beautiful pebble beach and shop, 200 m from the restaurant. The holiday home has pool of 18 sqm with sun deck, terrace with seating set and two parking spaces.



Holiday home for 4-6 guests of 90 sqm spreads over two floors. The roof terrace of 45 sqm on the third floor has a panoramic sea view and view of the Brijuni islands, dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two guests, a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Valecan 3.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Valecan 3. We were four adults and two children under one years old. The house was clean and had enough space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The pool and the garden were great. Also the roof terrace was amazing! The housekeeper Dado was always there for us and was very friendly. He showed us the house, helped us with the trash and cleaned the grill for us.
