Charming apartments Karmela are set 12 km from Porec and the sea.

On their own enclosed property of 200 sqm, guests have a dining table, barbecue, parasol and one parking space each at their disposal. The apartments are in the village Bacva, a quiet place where the inhabitants are mostly engaged in fruit and vegetable growing and wine production. Only 10-15 minutes’ drive away are various restaurants, shopping centres, cafés and the like.



Apartment Karmela II lies on the first floor, has a living area of 57 sqm and is suitable for 4 guests. It consists of living room with sofa bed for two children, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Karmela die Vermieterin des Apartments hat uns herzlich empfangen und es war sogar möglich etwas früher einzuchecken. Im Kühlschrank stand schon eine Flasche Wasser und Wein bereit.Das Apartment an sich ist für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. Beide Räume sind klimatisiert. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Im Hof gibt es einen kleinen Sitzplatz mit Stühlen und Bänken um die Sonne zu genießen. Parken kann man direkt im Hof vor dem Apartment.Gegenüber keine 50 Meter entfernt ist ein ein sehr leckeres Restaurant.Bis in die Stadt Porec sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 min wo es wirklich sehr schön ist. Tolle Altstadt mit Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie verschiedene Strandabschnitte. Beim Auschecken wurden wir sehr nett verabschiedet und es gab nochmal eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk.Ich kann es sehr empfehlen bei Karmela zu wohnen!

Ein kleiner Supermarkt in Visnjan, ggü die Pizzeria vivitius, wo es nicht nur Pizza gibt, ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden.

Rundum zufrieden. Vorteilhaft mit einem Auto, da es etwas abgelegen ist, dafür sehr ruhig und zentral um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
