Our 70-square-meter non-smoking attic holiday apartment—newly renovated in 2023, attractively furnished, and featuring an open layout—accommodates up to 2 people and includes a balcony. Located in a quiet residential area in the small Franconian town of Hofheim i.Ufr., it invites you to linger and relax. Lockable storage for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as free parking in front of the property, are available. The owner rides a motorcycle himself and is happy to offer tips on route planning, whether for motorcycle, cycling, or hiking tours. Shopping options are within easy walking distance. Petrol stations, electric charging stations, and a new swimming pool are located in town. Arrive, unwind, feel at home, and round off the day with a delicious Franconian wine or a relaxing beer in Anette’s cosy “Dachjuchhe.” Outside in the natural garden, you can also enjoy a small seating area under the shady cherry tree. Our tastefully refurnished holiday rental consists of a bedroom with a double bed featuring separate mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, and an open footboard, as well as a small walk-in closet. The southeast-facing balcony is accessible directly from the bedroom. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub with a skylight, a shower, and a toilet, is directly adjacent to the bedroom. Opposite the bathroom is a small storage room with a coat rack and space to store luggage. The large open-concept area features a cosy dining room with a display cabinet, the built-in kitchen, and the living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a small desk with Wi-Fi, and a satellite TV/radio with a sound system. The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, range hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, egg cooker, bread slicer, and electric kettle. The floor, table, and ceiling lamps—some of which can be controlled by remote—transform the holiday apartment into a cosy and romantic retreat in the evening. During the day, the large skylights (with shading options) and the dormer windows with roller shades in every room create a bright and airy atmosphere and can, of course, be opened. Also included are hand towels, bath towels, a hair dryer, tea towels, and bed linens, all of which are provided free of charge. The entire apartment is equipped with adjustable radiators. On warmer days, fans provide some cooling relief. Storage options: Motorcycle, bicycle—lockable. Small workshop, drying room for motorcycle/bicycle clothing. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, parking, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. This is a non-smoking apartment for a maximum of 2 people.
