Während Ihres Aufenthalts haben uns leider weder telefonisch, noch per E-Mail, Hinweise hierzu erreicht - gerne hätten wir bei Kenntnis der genannten Punkte umgehend versucht, zeitnah eine Lösung zu finden, damit Ihr Aufenthalt vollkommen Ihren Erwartungen entspricht.
Wir können Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich des Wintergartens nachvollziehen. Dieser ist jedoch in der Beschreibung nicht als beheizt ausgewiesen, was anhand der Bauweise mit Doppelstegplatten energetisch auch nicht tragbar wäre.
Unabhängig davon hätten wir auf Wunsch gerne mit einer mobilen Heizung unterstützt – sprechen Sie uns hierzu gerne beim nächsten Aufenthalt direkt an.

Das Check-in erfogte über einen Schlüsseltresor an der Haustür und war einfach zu bedienen.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.Erwähnenswert ist, dass sich das Hauptschlafzimmer in der 1. Etage der Wohnung befindet und Badezimmer/Toilette sich im EG befinden.
