Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie sehr hell. Leider gibt es keine Plissees als Sichtschutz. Die Wohnung lässt sich nicht gut verdunkeln (helle Gardinen im Wohnzimmer; dunkle, aber sehr dünne, in den Schlafzimmern und an der Wohnungstür gar keine).
Der kleine Garten war für unseren Hund ideal, da er gerne draußen liegt.
Die Lage sowohl zum Strand als auch ins Zentrum ist sehr zentral.
