Die Wohnung mit Eckbalkon und Meerblick war sehr schön. Der Eingang vom Treppenhaus war ebenfalls nicht zu verachten. Allerdings war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr eng. Das Gebäude an sich könnte an verschiedenen Stellen eine Aufhübschung gebrauchen.
