Eine super Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf die Ostsee und dem Yachthafen. Zu zweit ist die Küche und der Essbereich okay aber mit 4 Personen wird es wohl muckelig. Alles im allem aber super eingerichtet.

Traumhafter Meerblick aus allen Fenstern! Auch vom Esstisch und Sofa/Ohrensessel aus! Sehr geschmackvolle und dabei gemütliche Einrichtung. Küche bzw. Kochnische: alles vorhanden, sogar Microwelle, aber insgesamt sehr klein, man muss öfter mal hin- und herschieben. Für mich egal, ich koche wenig, wenn ich in Grömitz bin. Für Leute, die oft kochen wollen, eher nicht so geeignet. Außerdem würde ich die Wohnung für 4 Personen eher nicht empfehlen. Essecke etwas klein, wenn man gegenüber voneinander sitzen will, hat einer Probleme, zwischen Tisch- und Stuhlbein durchzukommen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, aber wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, ist es schon oft etwas lauter (Kindertrampolin von der Promenade mit lautstarken Kommentaren, Straßenkehrmaschinen, Rasenmäher... ). Ich hatte meine Kopfhörer dabei, kein Problem. Dafür ist die Lage schön zentral. Für 1-2 Personen, die nicht viel kochen, wirklich traumhaft schön!!! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
