The apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2024; all floors are tiled, giving the apartment a clean, well-maintained look. It comfortably accommodates up to three people:<br>The entryway, featuring a coat rack, mirror, and chest of drawers, provides easy access to all rooms. The spacious living and dining room invites you to relax with a cosy couch, armchair, coffee table, wall unit, and a dining table for four. From here, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 16 m²) with patio furniture and a small garden area—the perfect place to enjoy the seaside atmosphere outdoors and relax surrounded by greenery.<br><br>Entertainment is provided by a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player; free Wi-Fi is also available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots so you can get started right away. In the bedroom, you’ll find two separate single box-spring beds and a large closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers an additional comfortable sleeping option, ideal for a third person. Bedding and towels can be booked as an add-on for a fee.<br><br>The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and comfortable underfloor heating.
