Our home, which we’ve furnished with great care, includes a holiday apartment in the attic. The view from our apartment of the Inn Valley and our own Pitz Valley is breathtaking, and the tranquility in Timls is truly wonderful. Timls is ideally situated at 1,050 metres above sea level, making it perfect for both winter and summer activities in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland. Thanks to our sunny hillside location, you’ll start your day with plenty of sunshine even early in the morning. Surrounded by forests and mountain meadows, we are the perfect starting point for impressive hikes and mountain bike tours to the surrounding alpine pastures and huts. When snow conditions are good in winter, you can even set out on a ski touring adventure right from the house. Ski resorts such as Hochzeiger, Hochoetz, Hoch-Imst, and the Venet Ski Resort are less than 30 minutes away, while the Pitztal Glacier is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

Our Bergkristall apartment, with 104 m², offers plenty of comfort for relaxation and enjoyment. This apartment, furnished with great care, stands out not only for its breathtaking views but also for its interior design. You’ll find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a cosy kitchen-living room with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a ceramic cooktop, and much more.
