The "Leuchtturm" and "Düne" holiday apartments are located on the second floor and are similar in layout, design, and amenities to the "Strandblick" and "Strandkorb" holiday apartments. They, too, are designed to accommodate up to four people and feature large windows and real wood parquet flooring.

The open-concept living area, with its modern kitchen island combined with the adjoining living room and dining area, offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy wonderful moments together. On beautiful summer evenings, the spacious south-facing balcony beckons, where you can still enjoy the warm evening sun even late into the day.

The Beach House is located on one of Niendorf’s most beautiful streets, in the second row from the beach promenade—just a stone’s throw from the sea. The modern building is bright and inviting, tastefully furnished, and designed so that the bedrooms always face the sea—sea views and the sound of the waves included. The Beach House features four holiday apartments, each 60 square metres in size and accommodating up to four people, and—since March 2020—a 105-square-meter holiday apartment on the ground floor that accommodates up to six people. Parking in front of the house, Wi-Fi, and a covered bike rack are included with every booking.
