Cosy dining area, sofa set, and fireplace.<br>Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer.<br><br>Upper floor:<br>3 bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), closet, chest of drawers, and satellite TV with LAN connection.<br>Bathroom with a bathtub and deep shower. No cots are available.<br><br>Terrace and garden area with a beach chair and patio furniture, plus a grill.<br><br>Outdoor sauna (3–4 people)<br>Bicycle storage in front of the house.<br>Shed with grill and charging station for e-bikes.<br><br>1 reserved parking space; additional parking is available at the neighbouring campground.<br><br><br>Welcome to your second home.<br>Here you can do it all: read and relax in a cosy armchair, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or enjoy your holiday on the terrace.<br>If you’d like, you can unwind with long bike rides through the unique dyke landscape, play golf, go Nordic walking, or take long walks on the beach.<br>This half of the holiday home features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and a satellite TV with an Ethernet connection in each. The well-equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer space.<br>In the evenings, relax in front of the fireplace or on the furnished terrace with a beach chair.<br>All rooms are equipped with exterior blinds, floor heating, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Two bathrooms are available for guests.<br><br>The wide sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (approx. 6 km), Garding (approx. 4 km), and the port town of Tönning (approx. 14 km) are all just a short drive away. For golfers, the Deichgrafenhof offers an excellent practice area.<br>If the weather happens to be less than ideal, a visit to the Dünentherme is well worth it. The water park is located right next to the beach access in the Bad district and features a wave pool, children’s pool, whirlpool, outdoor pool, and slide, as well as a large sauna area with a view of the sea. Right next to the Dünentherme is the large wellness area, offering numerous treatments for spa guests and visitors.
